We recommend making sure of your order before placing it to avoid any unnecessary hassle.
You can email us to change size/color (based on availability) if we have not fulfilled your order yet. However, no changes can be made once your order has been fulfilled and shipped out.
We will not cancel any orders once the order is confirmed.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to email us at email@example.com to request a return or exchange.
If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately, we CANNOT offer you a return or exchange.
We offer free U.S. exchanges within 14 days from the day you receive your order, to help you get your perfect fit (excluding Final Sale items). To be eligible for an exchange, your items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with the packaging they came in. We offer exchanges for size, color, and style within that item's price range. We are not able to offer exchanges for international orders as those must be returned.
Returns will be accepted in exchange for STORE CREDIT ONLY.

If your request is approved, you’ll be sent a store credit code to your email.
*Please note: U.S. returns will have a $6.95 return fee that will be deducted from your store credit. Your initial shipping charges will not be refunded, only the purchase price of the items you're returning will be refunded as store credit. For international returns, you are responsible for any shipping charges spent to mail your returned item(s).
We strongly suggest purchasing a return label that has tracking if your order value is high (in case your package gets lost). We will not be liable for any lost returned packages.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
No matter how much care we put into our pieces, factory defects are unavoidable and we're not perfect (it happens—we're so sorry!) Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you've received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue with photos and make it right for you, don't worry! :)
All sale and discounted items are FINAL.
Don't freak out, locate your package here.
If your package has been "stuck" in the same spot for a few days, it could just be a courier delay.
However, please contact us immediately if your package has not arrived within 2 weeks after your tracking has stated that the package had been "delivered".
If the shipping address was inputted correctly on our end (from what you provided us), we will not be liable for any lost/stolen packages as we've fulfilled our responsibility of shipping out your order.
